Master’s of Social Work (MSW) from Wilfred Laurier University.
Trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Polyvagal Theory and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
EXPERIENCE:
With Guthrie and Associates since 2021 and also, currently, in private practice.
Has worked in Out Patient Mental Health at a hospital; for the Hamilton Family Health Team, and in student counselling at Brock University.

Individual and couple work, with a special affinity for the aging process; life transitions; gender issues; developmental trauma and loss recovery/ grief process; depression and anxiety; divorce recovery and parent coaching.
